Two Moon's MH on a technical level, WOW! Elanor for being so impressively "straight out of the game". Heisenberg deserved more time and investigating of the detail for he nailed it.
What I see though is that nearly everybody do the film/TV thing and keep themselves looking pristine and clean in their outfits, no scuffs scrapes or dents. Heisenberg's outfit in particular could have used some rolling around, some dust and ash, to make it more feeling real? That's how I'd done it.

I love dose cosplay
My favorite has to be the Moomin cosplay, because it's Moomin. Second favorite is probably Elune, her outfit was just to intricate and gorgeous that I couldn't look away! Third is definitely the Lilith cosplay, the skill required to make wings that big and imposing without falling apart, crafting horns with such realistic detail, and finally wearing it with such sheer confidence! All these cosplays were so good it was hard to choose!
They're all so good though!
But:
3 would be the Merlin cosplay, the champagne color dress! A lot of great details, some historical influence, great color!
2 would be…the Moxie cosplay! That cell-shading is so cool, and the (probably) magnets to hold the hat are such a great idea!
Number one is Kayle for me, partly thanks to nostalgia (played her a lot in season 2!) And those feathers must have been sooo much work!
All of them are awesome though, I feel a bit guilty even ranking them!

Top three:
Saji'Jiva armor by Two Moon – it's not only extremely crazy mindblowingly good, but I am also biased because MH is my favorite game series ever-ever-ever! ^^
Frosty's Fallout/Metro original character – this is amazing because he didn't just create a super-detailed high-quality costume from a bunch of different materials, but healso designed it from start to finish! And the design is so good that I'd believe if someone told me it's an important Fallout character or something.
Paulina's Lunar Eclipse Leona is the one I also really liked. It may not be as well detailed as the other two (partially because LoL character models are simplified), but it is still a very impressive costume and there is simply something that clicks with me when I look at it. I think it gives me "I may be able to do something similar one day" vibe, which is inspiring, meanwhile some of the other costumes are closer to "Damn, I'll never be able to do anything as crazy as this".
